I am a certified  HealthyEdge Coach specializing in On-line One-on-One Weight Release.  The principles I follow were designed by Dr. Strand, creator of the 12 Week Program, who has specialized in nutrition medicine for over 30 years. The 8 Week Program was co-created by Amber Thiel,a university instructor in Nutrition, A & P and Biology and April Brenamen, a Lifestyle and Personal Development Coach & Speaker. Both of the programs I use to coach people to success are designed to build up both your physical and emotional health.
